Merumaya - a general review

Merumaya is a brand that when I first heard of it, I was not particularly drawn to it because of the packaging.
I know it is very shallow of me, what can I say?

The fact that Caroline Hirons has pretty much thumbs up it, is a very big deal for me and so I decided to check it out at Debenhams (it has now been replaced but still available online or at John Lewis for sniffing purposes)
They did not have the Melting Cleansing Balm, which is the main thing I wanted to trial for ages and ages and I somewhat forgot about it.

Enter Bob into my life and at one point (read post HERE) she loaned the Merumaya set to me and a Jurlique calming mist.
So I had the cleansing balm, the Iconic Youth Serum and the SPF15 Moisturiser.

I was instantly in love with the Cleansing Balm and the Iconic Youth Serum.

The Moisturiser is a really good one if you have normal to dry skin. I am more on the oily side, especially in this beautiful summer weather so it is way too heavy on me and it really is not a night cream because it has SPF protection in it.
I mention this to Bob and we exclaimed how we need a night cream from the range.

As if hearing out prayers, we get an email from the lady behind the brand to trial run the Night Recharge Cream, both of us jumped at the idea.

It has now been 2 weeks of using this night cream and I have emailed my feedback to the lady and boy oh boy do I love this.

1. the classic Merumaya scent - LOVE
2. it sinks into the skin
3. it is thick enough (I love my night cream to be thick enough)
4. my skin instantly feels beautiful (I have no idea how or why or HOW)

Merumaya is a lovely brand which does not break the bank. I have already purchased the Melting Cleansing Balm and Iconic Youth Serum. It actually came in a package and Bob kindly bought the Moisturiser off of me.
I will probably be replacing my Emma Hardie with this one, much as I love the Emma Hardie and rave about it, this cost £14.50 as opposed to £34, smells good (not as amazing, but good) and comes in a tube, which I prefer over tub form.

All in all, I cannot recommend Merumaya enough.
If you have not try it, I highly highly highly recommend giving it a whirl.

This post is in no way, shape or form sponsored. I just genuinely love the brand and thought they deserve a brand focus.
