I love the Becca Beach Tint in Watermelon. In fact, I find it to be a very versatile and travel friendly product. When I picked up the shade Grapefruit or Guava, I gave that away because I just did not love it as much.
In fact, I first raved about the Becca Beach Tint in Watermelon all the way back in 2015, you can read my post HERE but please try to be forgiving about my pictures.
I was walking around a shopping mall in Texas and popped into a shop call Beauty USA and saw that these Becca Beach Tints were on sale. The lady said they were being discontinued and while I was really disappointed to hear that, I was glad to have the opportunity to pick these up.
I initially chose the shades Fig (middle) and Raspberry (right) because some of the other shades available did not flatter me as much. Watermelon was added into the bag when I was talking to the lady about how much I love the formula and use the shade Watermelon, and she just gave it to me!
So here is a look at all 3 colours. You really need a small dot of these products to get going. The amount you see here would be plenty for blush with some leftovers for your lips.
Here is a swatch of the products when sheered out, I think you can get a pretty good idea of how the product will look on the cheeks from this.
All 3 shades can be built up or worn as sheer as possible. The sheen does wear down when you blend the product out. I still love Watermelon the most followed by fig (the most natural) and then Raspberry, when I fancy a cooler tone colour.
These were the best cream blushes in my opinion before the Glossier Cloud Paints came along. If they are truly being discontinued, I highly recommend the Glossier Cloud Paints. The Glossier Cloud Paints are GBP15 for 10ml whereas the Becca Beach Tints are GBP20 for 7ml.
I enjoy both formulas and would not pick one over the other as I really do love the Becca Beach Tints. Here is hoping they are not really being discontinued!
