Ending 2018, with yet another empties post! Let's dive right in!
I bought a few of the BoomDeAhDah masks to try out because they were really cheap, but the fragrance is so potent on these and while they feel moisturising on the face, I do not reach for them so they are a pass for me.
The Lancome Energie de Vie Smoothing & Plumping Pearly Lotion - This felt really nice on the skin. A lot of Lancome skincare is actually really lovely but I tend not think of Lancome for skincare, I think of Lancome for makeup instead.
Omorovicza Thermal Cleansing Balm - This is quite a popular item but I personally prefer other cleansing balms. This comes out grey-ish black, which already puts me off, and then scent is... interesting. I must admit it deeply cleanses, but just is not my first choice for a cleanser, especially at that price.
Dermalogia Skin Hydrating Masque - This was wonderfully hydrating, as the name would suggest, but had an odd smell to it.
Dr Dennis Gross One Step Acne Eliminating Pads - This is a pre soaked acid toner pad and it is really quite satisfying to use. These are pricey but if you can afford it, I would certainly look into it.
Lancome Advanced Genfique Youth Activating Concentrate - I have tried this a few times and every time, I am impressed by how it absorbs into the skin and makes my skin feel. It does contain fragrance, and my stance on Lancome skincare has been mentioned above.
Melvita L'or Rose Firming Oil with Pink Berries - This is a really lovely oil to use! It smells great and absorbs easily and quickly into the skin. It is a little pricey but I am tempted to pick this up.
Whamisa Organic Flowers Toner - This feels really moisturising on the skin but smells quite strong. I did enjoy it and would consider purchasing the full size of this product.
Aesop Rose Hair & Scalp Moisturising Masque - I had a few sample sachets of this and this is too precious to be used on the hair as it works really well on the scalp to soothe and calm. I have found other alternatives but if you are a big Aesop fan, this is a good one to try out.
It's Skin Power 10 Formula WH Effector with Arbutin - I tried this and the serum absorbs well. I personally do not use whitening products so I would skip this one.
Muji Light Toning Water (Light) - I enjoyed this and have since purchase the big bottle of the Muji Light Toning Water (Light) and Muji Light Toning Water (Moisture).
Real Barrier Extreme Essence Toner - This is very moisturising but the liquid is so viscous and the bottle is hard plastic, which makes it not ideal as it is near impossible to get the product out. I had the opportunity to try out a lot from this brand Real Barrier and you can read about it HERE.
The Ginza Energising Lotion - This smells so nice and feels both moisturising and refreshing on the skin but it costs an absolute bomb diggity so it's not happening. Read about when I was gifted it HERE.
This The Face Shop Natural Sun No Shine Hydrating Sun Cream feels quite moisturising on the skin. I actually do not love it but I did manage to finish it all up.
This L'occitane Ultra Gentle Cleansing Milk is great for taking off makeup. I have friends who raelly enjoy it but I find the scent quite strong for a face product and it is not my favourite cleanser.
I have purchased this Hada Labo Hydrating Lotion in full size because I enjoy it so much.
Shiseido WASO Soft + Cushy Polisher - This is a really gentle exfoliator, hence the name polisher. I enjoy it as a morning scrub on days where I just want to feel extra fresh.
Shiseido WASO Colour-Smart Day Moisturise Oil-Free - I enjoyed this and prefer this to the orange tube one which is targetted at normal skin types.
I also randomly found this toothpaste and finished it up. Do you tend to use up little toothpastes or do you not?
