I am more of a boots girl, especially now that I no longer get 10% at Superdrug (cry) but I do still pop in to look at exclusive brands and frankly, I just like to pop in to look.
First up, I picked these up on the 3 for 2 on supplements. I typically take a multivitamin for my hair and nail maintenance, and then a berocca to try out. I prefer the original orange flavour than this tropical flavour - lesson learnt.
I needed a powder brush and the one I picked up is actually this Real Techniques Brush Crush in 300 Powder. This is limited edition, so it was on sale. I personally prefer sleek and professional looking brushes so this does not fit the description but it feels really soft and I have enjoyed using it so much.
Luckily, Barry M was also doing a promotion so I picked these up. A base nail polish and then a high shine colour so that I could skip a top coat! Win.
Finally, I picked up 3 haircare items, namely hair ties, hair grips or clips as I call them, and a brush and styler in one!
I picked up this Ecotools Styler and Smoother because it is a 2-in-1 and I thought it would be great to just pack this and go. I must admit it does not work for me. The brush is unable to hold my hair properly so I cannot get a smooth finish with this. Perhaps it is user error so I will continue trying this and reporting back!
This is my first time trying silicone hair bands and it is actually not bad at all! It is easy to keep the hair up without any snags. It still does not hold up my ponytail if I run and jump, but it is not too bad.
The hair grips, are just regular, usual hair grips which have held up. Brilliant.
So that is my Superdrug haul, which have been items that I use now use quite regularly. I hope the brief reviews have helped!
