This moisturising cream puff has a doe foot applicator and a very faint, hardly detectable scent.
Collection 2000 has since been rebranded Collection, and they had this matte lip cream before most other companies caught on the trend.

this is affordable and it does not dry my lips out.
Although the name is moisturising, I think it does not dry my lips, but I will not say it moisturises them.
