Sephora USA Haul
There was a sale at Sephora so I simply had to go and pick something up. What an excuse, right? I think it was $15 off when you spend $75 or more, so I tried to keep my spending to about $75.
First up, is this set from Maison Mergiela, which I usually just call Replica. I could not decide between a few scents so decided to just get all of them in this tiny set to decide. There are certain scents that I know for sure are not for me, such as the Lipstick On scent, but there are several which I find pleasant such as Flower Market,Promenade to The Garden and Sailing Day. My favourites are Beach Walk and Lazy Sunday Morning but I am still trying to decide which one I love enough to purchase a full size.
Then we have this Sephora brush set which was on a discount and made it a really good purchase.
The brushes are really pretty and it comes in a pouch. I bought this to gift a friend, but realised I had bought a lot of presents for the one friend.
The truth is, I am tempted to keep this for myself, but so far I have it wrapped up and the brushes feel really soft and lovely.
Finally I bought the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Biotin Dry Shampoo. Dry shampoos typically do not work well for me due to my easily irritable scalp but I had high hopes as Briogeo products work really well for me.
There is no aerosol, so you simply shake the product up and turn the nozzle to switch it "on" and then puff the bottle to use it.
The white powder dispensed is fine and easily brushed out from hair. I find that it works immediately but does leave my scalp itchy later on, so it is better than most dry shampoos but still irritates my scalp.
