Sunkiller Sunscreen

When I picked up this Sunkiller Skincare Gel, it is mainly because I tried it in store and it feel very liquidy and cooling and absorbed almost immediately into the skin.

The packaging is mainly in Japanese but on the back you can find some instructions and help, which is useful.

You actually get a whooping 90g of product, which is quite substantial for what it is. The packaging is simple but effective, there is no worries of leakage as it is secure and the light blue is pretty to look at and pretty to fish out from your bag.

The lotion/gel is easily dispensed as the packaging is squeezable and flexible.

Do not be put off by the white hue, it does not leave a white cast on your face at all. In fact it applies and goes transparent immediately on me.

I have noticed that this applies differently on the back of my hand and body, as compared to my face. On my body, this feels liquidy and sinks in immediately. It leaves the slightest healthy sheen and does not feel tacky.

On my face, this takes a bit more effort to sink into the skin. It works well as a makeup base and primer, but it just does not feel as liquidy or like water on the skin than when I apply it to the rest of the body. I have no idea why this is, and it really does baffle me, because that sensation is quite pleasant.

I do still really like and enjoy using this sunscreen and it goes a long way due to the generous sizing. It has SPF35 PA++++ which is sufficient protection for my skin, but to those of you who prefer a higher factor, this will not be sufficient for you but I review other sunscreens too so please keep an eye out!
