My first ever iHerb order was thanks to my friend Putu, and we actually shared the order so that it was less of a risk. This is my small portion of haul as it was my very first time ordering and I was not quite sure what to expect. I picked up these items and we did not choose the free shipping so actually the parcel came quite quickly, in only 2 weeks all the way from the US.

First up, I picked up this Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge and Sponge Case. The sponge case was the reason I wanted to get this as I actually have many of these Real Technique sponges and this case makes it really good for travelling.

The sponge case has holes in the form of the Real Techniques logo, which means that the sponge can air out even after you wash it and keep it in this sponge case. I have already tried this out and the sponge when damp is expanded, fits perfectly inside the sponge case.

When the sponge is bone dry, it is smaller and obviously so easier to keep in the sponge case. It really is brilliant for travelling as previously travelling with a sponge has always been difficult, especially when it is damp.

Like I mentioned earlier, do not worry about mould growing on the sponge because the logo allows the sponge to breathe and air out to dry!

The other things I picked up were actually supplements. Putu really rates Natrol for Biotin, which are meant to be good for growing hair and nails.

So let's talk about this Natrol Skin, Hair & Nails Advanced Beauty Supplement. This is a only once per day supplement which makes it handy. There are various different versions and the one I picked up has 5000mg of Biotin.

This boasts to have other ingredients such as Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins A, C and E. Taking once a day will be sufficient.

The capsule itself is not difficult to swallow. I had no issues with enough water. I must say that I have not seen any real growth spurt in my hair but my nails are healthier and have grown longer.

These LactoBif Probiotics by California Gold Nutrition are all in veggie capsules and are double-foil sealed to ensure the strains are all stable and safe. I have actually taken this to try and help with my stomach issues and I must say that I think these either work or the placebo effect is great! I intend to continue with this as it has helped so much with my tummy issues.

Finally, my friend Putu actually included these two packets of dried fruit for me and they are great little energy boosters. They also taste really amazing. If you see these, definitely pick them up.

My first iHerb haul was definitely a success and thanks to Putu, I discovered all these. I am thinking of making a second order so that I can have more Biotin and Lactobacillius to keep my health going.
