The actual gift is this slim pencil and I must say, the pencil looks really good in pictures. The rose gold packaging is just perfect. It is actually really light and slim which is good for travelling and popping into handbags, but for the price tag, I guess I was expecting more of a weighted packaging. Expectations huh.

The actual pencil you can sharpen up as you go along, this is of course brand new for the photo and is nicely sharpened without the threat of taking your eye out. The colour is also very promising!

Here is a swatch of the lip pencil and the pinky colour is really promising! The pencil does not drag and is waxy enough to glide on without just tugging at the lips.

Pillow Talk is the perfect colour.

Here I have filled my lips in completely. Obviously being a lip pencil it is not moisturising or anything like that. In fact, if you smoosh your lips together, there is a slight tackiness, which is good for a lip pencil because you know that it will help you hold onto your lip product!

Personally, I love this colour so much. I don't know if I will be able to justify purchasing this but as a present, I could not be happier. I am planning to take the lip pencil out with me so that I can actually find a lipstick this colour, because it is all sorts of beautiful!
I love this colour so much that I really want to just wear this lip pencil out, maybe with a touch of gloss when I feel like it but just by themselves. YES.
