Li Fa Dian @ Empire Shopping Gallery

There is a unique looking hairdressing shop which I decided to get Will to guinea pig for. Luckily for everyone involved, it turned out to be quite a good experience. This is the Li Fa Dian (hairdresser in chinese mandarin) which is situated at Empire Shopping Gallery. I believe there are other branches.

We started off with Will needing a hair cut and this place has an interesting oriental vibe about it. After securing a place, we were delighted to see that there are actually even more oriental inspired decorations and pieces in the actual shop.

The man who cut Will's hair was very meticulous and did so bit by bit. It was quite nice to see the attention to detail even with short men's hair.

After that, I convinced Will to have a hair wash, despite various protests. He finds it odd to have someone touching his head but admitted to it being nice to have someone else wash his hair so that he did not have to. I take that as a win and that he enjoyed it.

I realise that Will is potentially the only person in this world who will let me take photographs of him like this.

After that, it was time for the hair to be dried and "styled". Really it was just dried.

And voila! All cleaned up and tidied. The hair was cut and washed. The boy is happy, especially with his La Juiceria drink.

So here we have him posing happily outside Li Fa Dian @ Empire Shopping Gallery and I am pleased to say that we are really happy with the services here and would return.
