Empties #53

Today's empties post is well contained and are on makeup items only.

Starting off with this A'Pieu Cushion Blusher which I opted for a really purple lavender blush shade, which means I reach for it less than I should, even though the finish and the formula is really nice. Stupid me. I did save the applicator as it is way too cute to throw away.

The other blush I am saying goodbye to is the Stila Watercolour Cheek in Water Lily because it does fade on me and I prefer something less cool-toned. I did enjoy the application of this blusher.

The Daniel Sandler Watercolour Cheek in Cherub is a lovely shade but I think I want something even warmer than this. This is really pretty on the cheeks and I like the liquid formulation a lot. I would repurchase in other shades.

The Wet n Wild Glitter I did not realise was for face and body and not the eyes, but regardless it feels like glitter chunks in an oily base. I really do not like this.

The Benefit SunBeam I have loved for years and it is getting very difficult to scrape product out so I am saying goodbye to this gorgeous glow.

The Josie Maran Illuminator is super lovely but mine is a little old and I cannot find any replacement in Malaysia for it so I am saying goodbye.

The Physician's Formula InstaReady Blush is a trio of colour and I just do not find myself reaching for this to apply blush.

My H&M Creme Blush in Hot Pink has dried out and is hard to use. I prefer the powder versions but this is good for travel!

Just when you think it is all over, I have more empties coming at you.

The YSL CC Primer (purple)was nice but nothing special.  I personally do not fault the product but rather the shade I went for. Purple is supposed to counteract sallowness, not something I deal with, so no wonder I did not see the magic in this.

The Guerlain Lingerie De Peau Foundation was such a dream to use and wear that I really want to get a full size bottle of this. This is truly a base that does not feel like a base and looks so much like skin.

I have 2 tubes of the Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue because I have it in 2 different shades. This is really lovely and I did really enjoy wearing this. It is a very sheer coverage but gives you a bit of sun protection (I still wear sunscreen underneath) and just a very healthy glow.

Next we have 2 cushion foundations from innisfree. One is the innisfree long wear cushion and the other is the innisfree water glow cushion. I actually prefer the latter even though it does not last long on the face without me looking like an oily mess. Both cushions are a bit too light for me, and I just do not love cushion foundations as much as most people.

Finally we have the By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Powder which makes your face feel so soft you cannot stop touching it or maybe that is just me. I really rate this powder. If you have drier skin you will find it incredible. I have normal-combination skin and I still find it super lovely. I would love to repurchase but it is not exactly in my budget.

I hope you have found these empties review helpful!
